    April goal weight: 147

    So on 4/2 I increased my calories from 1290 to 1600 in an attempt to break thru a plateau. Not exactly sure that it's working, but I didn't gain this week, and my exercise hasn't been consistent since I increased my calories.

    BUT I did drop 1.5 inches off my waist and 2 inches off my hips :)
