So on 4/2 I increased my calories from 1290 to 1600 in an attempt to break thru a plateau. Not exactly sure that it's working, but I didn't gain this week, and my exercise hasn't been consistent since I increased my calories.0 -

Had a really bad day yesterday... First really bad day eating wise since a couple days after I started 3 months ago-easily ate double my gross (not net!) calories... If not more... ugh not sure why I do this kind of thing when I'm so close to my goal that I can taste it!!! Hopefully it is not a construal thing-I ended up tracking everything today so I'm more accountable... Anyone else close to maintenance? Could use some friends like that to help each other!!0
