My is to get back on track, had my kids home sick for a week and only worked out one day because of it!!!0

To not sress eat because my wedding is next weekend and I have not been eating well this week. Turning to food is a very bad thing for me.0

Spring break with the kids, so more exercise for me too. If nothing else I want to get the dogs out for an hour every day. My diet has been good for 4 or 5 weeks now so I am looking forward to changing the other part of my lifestyle. Also hoping very hard for a scale victory this wee after a very disappointing weigh in last Monday0

My goals for next week:
Plan most meals out today and tomorrow.
Incorporate swimming while recovering from PF.
Eat a little lean protein with each meal.0 -
Cut down on sugar. My sugar intake is from things like milk, yogurt and fruits. But my Chobani yogurts are killing me on sugar. They are my favorite part of my day eating wise -like a little naughty treat but the sugar content in them is just too high. Time to work on finding alternatives to them.0

Well I'm doing my first 5k in three weeks and have yet to start training for it so my goal is to run three miles atleast three times this week... And then increase accordingly0

I'm working 24/7 next week with no exercise so my goal is to stay within my calorie goals and not murder my co-workers.0

Not lose weight. I have still managed to drop almost 4lbs since hitting my goal weight. I just bought a bunch more of new clothes in the last 1 1/2 - 2 months and I don't want to outgrow those!! I have had to buy and RE-buy clothes 4 times since my weight loss journey started. I thought it was frustrating when stuff was too tight, it gets annoying buying all new stuff and eventually it's too big!
Also re-introduce more calorie dense foods, but good cals. Really, I don't need to eat all those salads day after day anymore. I will be ok without a salad here and there.0 -

Mine is to get onto the second lap of my run next Saturday. It's a mile a lap, and I don't see myself running the full two miles but I got up to a full mile last week so I'm extending the distance. Two miles is my next target.0

3 days of weight lifting... Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturday.
I failed last week because my weekend had the most homework I have ever experienced plus a ton of work hours due to boss being out of town.
I'm proud to get 30 min X 3 in for the week while doing school & work full time!
Summer will definitely be easier. :happy:0 -
To lose one pound! Make some memories with family and keep working on NOT making food the focus of our gatherings!0
