    bump I am also 5'2", always round up to 5' 3", my goal weight for my personal desire is 139 or under. It is not so important that the # is there...I feel healthier already, I just want to fit in my smaller size..

    I'm 5'2. Started around 150 about 3 years ago. Now I'm around 125 to 128 in the mornings. I really wanted to get down to 115, but now I would just be happy for 120. :)

    I'm 5'4" and currently have a goal weight of 150lbs, which is what I weighed in high school and I think I looked healthy. However, that may change when I reach my goal, so we'll see.

    I'm 4'11. I weigh 119 pounds and my goal is about 100 pounds. BUT I'm not stressing out that much over a number because I need to tone my body.

    I'm between 5'0" & 5'2" (depends on days...lol) and my goal is either 120 or 130. I'd just be happy to fit into a size 10 really!

    I'm 4' 11" and my highest weight was just over 140 as well! Got down as low as 107 at one point but Im back up hanging around 118. I would like to get to 112. Its very hard to get below a set point!!

    I am 5'4" andI want to get below 115lbs. I have been there easlily before. When I looked up y BMR it was on 1170 cals. No wonder I am not losing eating 1200 a day!

    So my goal is to eat 1200 cals and exercise 500 cals a day to lose a pound a week.

    I didnt mention that I am hypothyroid which probably brings my BMR lower than the calculations for euthyroid people.

    Any advice or thoughts?

    I am 5'2 and my starting weight was 147, now im at 122, and I want to weigh in around 110-115. Time can only tell, ive hit a plateau, and cant seem to get under 120!!!!

    I'm 5'3 and weigh 152. Goal is 120-125, but it's been 20 years since I've been there and it's really tough to take weight off in your forty's.

    I'm 5' 2". My weight for the last several months has moved between 105 and 100. My body fat percentage has varied from 23% to 16%. I get the estimate from my Tanita scale, which I believe underestimates my body fat percentage, compared to some other calculators I've used. It is, however, a guide.

    My current goal is to get down to 100/101 with a 19% body fat percentage and stay there for several weeks. If that happens, I may try to go lower. About 20 years ago, I weighed from 90 to 95 and I weighed even less in college.

    And no, I do not have anorexia. Some people are smaller than others.

    I injured my ankle very badly and it is taking forever to heal. Hence, I can't do any heavy duty cardio or weight work that places stress on my foot. It's frustrating.

    As I'm sedentary, I've been trying various things, such as logging my food here and starting to do Intermittent Fasting (IF), a form of calorie reduction in which one eats only during a particular window. I find that eating all day only makes me want to eat more and my calorie requirements are so low that it's very easy for me to exceed my calories for the day.
