Starting Weight (5/22/09): 238.6
Current Weight (7/3/09):218 (-0.6 lbs this week and -20.6 since start of challenge)
Goal Weight (8/31/09): 218.6
Workouts this week (6/26-7/2): 235 min (809 cal burned)0 -
yuck I'm still at the same weight. Talk about a stubborn plateau. Anyone else having this problem?0

YES YES YES. But I see a pattern to it. One month I lose and the next I'm stuck, then I start losing again. Hang in there!

Hi Everyone!
I am down another 3 pounds! This last drop of weight has brought me out of the 40's for BMI and only 2 away from my overall halfway point.
I have been bad about exercise since I got back from vacation though and barely done anything in the last 2 weeks. My goal is to kick it up a notch for the rest of this challange and meet my challange goal.

Still holding at 180...what's the deal. It's like I'm in a holding pattern of some kind.
Got in 4 days of workout to total 180 minutes- all cardio.
Look at you go Ocean91- you're almost at the finish line.

yep, not gonna make it to my goal. I haven't even hardly lost weight since we started...and that was how many months ago!?!?
UGH this is so gosh darn frustrating!
I changed my goals in my settings. I put my goal weigh at 150lbs to lose 1 lb a week and the numbers changed...maybe that'll help? I had my goal weight at 140lbs.0 -

I made my goal. I had set it at 18lbs since I started the challange late and I have now lost 19! Who knows, by Monday I may have reached 20lbs down
