    Remember, now you need to transition to maintenance. Bring your calories up but be careful to find a good equilibrium point.

    You also have to serve a little time as an inspiration to the rest of us. :smile:

    Thank you. I have NO intention on leaving. This is a lifestyle and I will continue tracking calories, exercising, gaining muscle and tone and enjoying life.

    I love the pic with the both of you in your jeans! HAHA! TOOOOO CUTE!!!! I am so proud of you. I began my journey in January 2012 and at first I thought it would be hard becuase I am a mom too. Honestly, both my kids are encouraging and I am not tempted to eat some of the junk they eat (Very seldom I allow them to eat it anyway). Congrats! You look HOT Mama!
