    I am from Chicago, and I am the child and sibling of chefs. They love to eat and cook, and I was their taste tester. We would travel all over the world just to try new foods. I remember once flying to Paris for 2 days, just to have mussels in white wine. Now I try all the new restaurants that come to Chicago. I try all cuisines, with no preconceived notions. You tell me we are having tripe in a garlic sauce for dinner and I am down to try it! Injera and lamb....sounds good to me. Preserved duck egg and rice....I am all over it!

    Mine is my first name, middle initial and then the first 3 letters of my last name. My last name has an inappropriate word in it lol so I don't ever post all of it.

    Qatsi - because "Koyaanisqatsi" was already taken.

    The shorter name is more appropriate anyway - "Koyaanisqatsi" is a Hopi word for "life out of balance", and "Qatsi" is simply "life". Joining this site has helped me with getting my life IN balance.
