I seriously hated almost all fruits. Ok, I cannot really think of one I liked. Now I have to eat at least one apple a day, I love them! I still can't get past the texture of bananas but, I love them in my protein shakes, the flavor is great!0

Hummas
Asparagus
Grilled fish
Laughing Cow Cheese (any and all)0 -
basically everything I eat now!!! fish, veggies (except broccoli and peas b/c I've always loved them), using lettuce leaves for buns, almonds, salads, spaghetti squash!!!! omg I'm obsessed with spaghetti squash!!! greek yogurt, cottage cheese, pickles, shirataki noodles, tofu, and pretty much everything healthy. I used to live off of mac 'n cheese, frozen waffles, and orange chicken and hot dogs!!! now I can't even remember the last time I've had any of those!!!0

I've always been a super picky eater --- but after 40 had to start forcing myself to eat certain foods. Things I eat now that I gagged on before include: V8 juice, spinach, green smoothies, sweet potatoes, eggs, yogurt, almonds, Kashi cereal. Probably a lot more too!0

I never thought I would consume anything without putting salt on it first, I love red pepper hummus, I now fancy mangoes and am trying more things that look "gross" but actual now like most of them!0

Things I tried & didn't like as a kid: bananas (they always made me gag after like 2 bite), rice cakes, pears, cherry/grape tomatoes, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, brussels sprouts
Things I had just never tried: grapefruit, almonds, fruit & nut bars, things with little sugar, berries (besides strawberries)
I love it all now0 -

I have this odd affinity for anything + peanut butter. I don't care what others think about us - we were meant to be together.0 -
asparagus
Brussel sprouts (who knew?!?!)0 -
Shirataki noodles and greek yogurt0

Beets. My grandmother would serve the canned ones often and I hated them. I tried fresh beets at a health food restaurant a few years ago and love them now.0
-
Apples.
I thought I didn't like them, but that's because my mom always bought red apples.
Turns out, I just hadn't tried the right kind. I'm ADDICTED to Golden Delicious.0 -
Thin crust pizza and blackberries0
-
Asparagus!!! Oh, if you cook up a bunch-- do NOT put it in front of me, I'll eat them like candy!0
-
My taste buds have changed sooo much! I now eat spinach, quiona, peppers, onions, and greek yogurt. I never ate that stuff before!
exactly, brussel sprouts, kale (if a year ago you would have told me that I would be fighting over who gets the bigger portion of kale chips I would have said "whats kale") quinoa, plain yogurt, eggs (i disliked anything for breakfast that didn't come from a pastry chef and didn't have sugar), mushrooms. I didn't consider myself a picky eater....I just didn't ever give myself the opportunity to really enjoy fresh seasonal produce to its full extent.0 -
Peppers, black beans, light Hellman's real mayo (never used anything besides miracle whip) wheat everything...bread, buns..pitas....broccoli, salad, salad and more salad.
I also never thought I could make it through life without having a pepsi for every drink of the day, now I only drink 12 oz of it a day, the rest is either preopel zero or pwerade zero0 -
almonds, mandarin oranges, some mushrooms, grapefruit, unsweetened applesauce, tea without sugar, tuna in water, raw shredded cabbage, cooked carrots, squash0
-
Straight up foraged foliage and greens! My friend Paul would often go around the neighborhood and collect edible plans, and make salads out of them, with home-made dressing. They were pretty good, some are good juiced, too!0
