    You are inspiring!! to see how far you have come and how long it has taken you.. that's the real motivation right there, the fact that you started back in 05 2011 and still today you are making yourself a better person!!! you look beautiful and amazing even at 194!!! :) I am proud of you!!     You look great! I am sure you feel great too, I have lost about 15 lbs before I discovered this site and I can tell the difference in my attitude and energy and that is after just 15 lbs I cant imagine the energy you have now. Keep up the good work and do not get discouraged, I know it is easy to get very hard on yourself something I am guilty of (making myself the butt of fat jokes) You are proof that hard work does pay off and I am so very happy that you are successful on your weight loss adventure.
