    Hi everyone, I'm so serious about actually losing 10 lbs this time...NO MORE EXCUSES. My ultimate goal is to have more energy and just feel great about myself again.

    I know HOW to do it but I'm lacking that extra support and motivation. My plan is to exercise for an hour every day, 6 days a week and stay on the MFP plan.

    Weigh-in day is Monday and we will all record our weight on the following monday every week. We can also make note of what exercises we are doing and what our routines are.

    Does anyone else want to join me? Lets all start tomorrow and kick this off.

    I have already started, but if you want someone to exercise with you, I would be glad to do it with you. I work out Monday thru Saturday (2 weeks so far) .... and depending on the exercise, I either go 30 or 60 minutes.

    very slow going this month, down only 2 pounds in April. Want to aim for 5 in May! Last 2 days I have been soooo hungry and have ate a bit more which has not helped.
    today is a new day, and almost beginning of May
    I want to lose 5 pounds
    I want to drink more water
    I want to try to get in 5 days/week exercise (but so hard on the days I work)
    I want to stay under my daily calorie intake on my exercise days ( part of that is making better food choices to stay within my limit)
    May, here I come!

    Today's weight: 208 :sad:

    I was not focused at all last week and had a really bad weekend, eating wise. I indulged too much on chips, salsa, and beer. As a result, I had a 5 lb weight gain from last Monday. 5 pounds!!! My ultimate goal is to drop 30 lbs by the end of Summer. I really need to buckle down or I can kiss that goal good-bye!

    SW 180ish
    PW 165 (4/17)
    CW 162 (4/30)

    That is 3 pounds so far

    I am using PW for previous weight.

    Since 10 lbs is what I need to lose, I'm in!

    It will take a while as I really want to up my muscle mass as well.

    I guess the best way to describe my current body, is dumpy. I want to be trim and have muscle when I'm done.
