    I have it entered in MFP as "Crock Pot Chicken Tortilla Stew" and it's 169 calories per 1 cup serving :)

    Awesome thank you! My crockpot switches to warm after the 8 hours.
    Sounds great! I am usually gone from home during the week for 10 hours. Have you cooked it that long? Worried about the chicken getting dry.

    I've left it in there for about 8 hours and it was fine, then reduced it to "warm" for another couple hours. Chicken stays nice and tender in the soup :)

    Oh, and the recipe makes about 8 servings. I always make a lot so I have leftovers!

    I messaged the OP and this is what she said back for all those wondering about what it is called in the database!!

    It was listed as "Crock Pot Chicken Tortilla Stew" and it has 169 cals per serving :) Hope you like it as much as I did!

    ::EDIT::

    I guess they are taking recipe submissions but don't have them yet available to all MFP members, they're still trying to build the database so therefore her recipe is not in the database YET!

    you can always make a new recipe and add all the ingredients and just add it to your own personal recipe box until we get it on the actual database!

    hope this helps everyone!

    Thank you for the recipe. I will have to make it sans peppers (I think table pepper is hot!) and will be interested to see how I can make it the lowest sodium possible. It sounds ABSOLUTELY scrumptious!
