    I physically can't go ATG, I think it has to do with my short legs. I kinda feel like I'm cheatign since I can only go just past parallel. I generally do something in the neighborhood of 4x6 with my last around 165 lb at a bodyweight of somewhere around 143. I've been lifting heavy inconsistently for almost a year, consistently for a few months.

    And I should probably mention that my upper body lags FAR behind and even my deadlifts are not progressing nearly as well. (Deadlifts around 135 lb) and bench press of 65 lb

    As long as you hit at least parallel you are good from my understanding. It's also my understanding short people have it easier squatting, weird. Have you tried doing goblet squats to see what your actual range of motion is? Toes pointed out at a 45 degree angle, knees follow toes?

    Last week I started do do more percentages to start he push to 500
    My best set was 350x7 after like 7 other sets.

    I last maxed at 160lbs, and i did 275 atg. I'be only been squatting atg for 2 months tho so not to bad i suppose.

    Well I tried last night... I got 145! So I'll take that for now!
