I did all of my measurements today and I figured how many inches lost since starting with MFP - which was on 02/11/08.
Drum Roll please ....... 7.5 inches total lost!!!!!!!

I am also in the "no weigh for 30 days" challenge, so I do not know my current weight, but I can feel that I am lighter and that is a great thing. I will still post here every Sunday and when my thirty days is up, i'll give ya'll a big number :drinker:0 -
What a bummer! I have not lost a single pound in two weeks and I've been exceptionally good. I have done extra working out and have even been under calories. My only hope is that I can attribute this lack of progress to water retention (thanks to my monthly cycle).
Nonetheless, I am very discouraged and I may have to adjust my goal.

I'm not sure that I'll reach that goal by Memorial Day, but that's okay. I'm eating healthier than I ever have. As long as I continue to lose every week until I get within 15 pounds of my goal weight (150), I'll be happy. I should lose close to another 4 pounds which will get me close!0
