I started this journey at 154. With hard work, a steady diet, and gym nearly 5-6 days a week. All of this in THREE MONTHS!
Most questions. No I don't always eat back ALL my calories. My diet is actually quite poor and I have to make up with vitamins like Ultra Women. But I eat lots of granola, chicken and yogurt. Cut back on my carbs/noodles.

For the abs, i reduced my body fat by eating lotsof protein and little carbs , that way you can see abs and that way your thighs will get smaller as well and also do stair climbing, does wonders for your legs and bootae lol0

I rarely lift. Only on Fridays. And even then not for long. a 5 lb medicine ball and a lot of cardio and yoga and core workouts do the trick0

I own the set and find I couldn't stay inside my apartment and do it! I had to get out. But I do use some of the elements I learned from it each day.0
