My general rule for grocery shopping to eat clean: shop the perimeter of the store and if you venture into an aisle leave your cart at the end of the aisle so you don't end up tossing numerous random processed foods in it. Prepare in advance with a grocery list, and most importantly, STICK TO IT!0
