Challenge is to do 10,000 steps in a day. You can do this for any one day or try for the entire month. Jump right in at any time! You can set a lower or higher goal if you wish. Our main goal is to keep activate every day!
It's easy to join - Just post here to begin!

My pedometer has walked so will have to get anew one, I know for sure I walked at least 5,000 today!0

The inexpensive Sportline ones at Walmart seem to do just fine if you need to replace your counter.0 -

I'm in - but my goal will be slightly less than 10,000 to start - I have to build up (knee replacement a year ago and not quite back to "normal"). How do we do this? Come back and edit our posts every day?

Hi everyone
Just wondering does anyone here use a Fitbit Ultra? I have a Omron pedometer, that I like but thinking about up grading.
