What exercise do you absolutely hate. but you know you see the best results fromt?

mine are push ups!!!!!!

even though I cant stand getting on the ground and doind them, what they do for my chest arms and upper back are amazing. :blushing:

    anything that causes sweat, lol. I like yoga & pilates b/c it's a nice work out and strech w/o sweat.

    I hate squats and leg stuff. Cause I always get sore.

    Sometimes I worry my knees will explode.

    So far they haven't.

    Push-ups. I get bored just staring at the floor and I've never really had the upper arm strength to do them so they hurt.

    I used to hate squats and lunges. These days I think squats are ok... I use much better form than I used to, so they don't bother my knees. I still dislike lunges, but I no longer hate them. Just a mild dislike.
