Please tell me what burpees are.
I hate anything on the floor...my own floor, ok, gym floor, ewww0 -

Push-ups and most plank exercises... I have no upper body strength and it doesn't seem to be getting any better :0(0

Plank... Hurts so good! And Spin Class which makes me want to die in the during part.0

The crossover machine at the gym. Always sends my heart rate way too high.0

Crosstrainer - really hurts but it is does get the heart rate up so it must be doing me good, yes, though I am still to be convinced.0
