    I hate lunges and squats, but they are soooo necessary. LOL, I couldn't do a Burpee if my life depended on it, but hey that's why I'm here. My first step is to get in better shape so I can do burpees and hate them too.

    Being new on here, I had to look up what a "burpee" was. It is four parts of an eight count body builder! When I was in bootcamp, (Navy), they made us do eight count body builders. It is the burpee, but you do a push up, and a jumping jack at the end so it becomes eight counts! Does that make sense? And oh....how they hurt!

    Lunges!!! I can never get them down properly - maybe it's because I have a bit of a knee issue but I've always hated lunges from day one.
