I am 46 years old, 5'3" and a bit. Stats are
SW - 184
CW - 173
GW - not sure but thinking 130 at the moment and see how I feel.

Hey, I'm just under 5'4! I have similar stats although I don't weight myself regularly so it's hard to say.
Starting Weight: around 174 (I think it was 174)
Current Weight: I lost 20 pounds, but I think with the holidays, I might have gained some (haven't weighted myself lately).
Goal Weigh: around 120, but I just want to get down to 130 right now!!!!0 -

I'd like to get to 120 because that's when I last felt okay about my body. However, I was 12, so I didn't have a completely adult body yet.. I'm 21 now, and I'm not really sure 120 would be healthy for me so I'll see how it goes, and probably stop at 125 or 130 (but toned!)
And no, I was not overweight when I was 12... I am very big-boned, and I was also very active (swimmer!), so I had a lot of muscle. That was the most fit time of my life! That's why I've made it my goal. I was so healthy and fit, and now I'm out of shape and lethargic!0 -

I am! I finished Day 6 this morning.

Also doing 30DS and am on L3 Day 5. I have only lost about 2 lbs since starting 30DS. After L1 I re-measured though and had lost 8.5 inches all over so far! Can't wait to re-measure again at the end!0 -

To me losing weight is just a by-product of living healthy. But it doesn't hurt to see those numbers change as some form of quantitive records for gratification!
I was on the Dr. Bernstein program a couple years ago and lost ~40-50 lbs but stress, starting university and moving away from my parents ended with me gaining it all back (and fast).
So now I'm trying to stay away from 'diets' and I'm just trying to live better.0 -
