Burpies! The worst and my trainer loves them LOL
burpies are death. burpies in 50 mins circuit training = try not to vomit.
i contest the worth of burpies though, so i will stick with circuit training that is too intense. always makes me want to vomit afterwards. i avoided circuit training for ages because i hated it so much, but i finally got brave enough to try a more moderate-intensity circuit.
i don't even want to go there with HIIT, but i am going to start trying it soon.0 -

Planks - invented by someone who was skinny and not overweight. You try holding up all those excess pounds using arms that until recently were only exercised lifting pints up and down in the pub. Grrrrrrr.0
