My protein shake staples: Cocoa powder, unsweetened Almond milk, whey protein powder and frozen bananas.
If I am out of any of those things I panic lol0 -

Salad , PB2 and my lifelong "medical food" which is a medicated protein powder.
I suppose #3 is the most important, because without it i wouldn't be alive today...so yeah...0 -
Me...Its a toss up between chicken & eggs...protein has been my friend...
other than that water....(Yes I know water is a per say food but you have to get it in)...0 -

I ingest a ridiculous amount of peanut butter.
Do you lose weight? I'm not being a smartass, just curious. It's good for you, but in small quantities because it's somewhat high in fat & calories for only 2 tablespoons. I use PB2 now because it's so low in fat and a lot less calories.0 -
oat bran and greek yogurt. I work nights, and non fat yogurt and oatmeal/gran at the end of night get me through.0
