Okay here goes. I weighed myself today after my workout tonight so I don't know how accurate it is. But I will try my best! Good luck everyone!

I get weighed at my naturopath... I actually lost .85kg of fat but gained 1.1kg of muscle since April 20. So I will keep getting weighed there & track fat loss. I want to lose at least 3kg of fat in May!
