    Okay here goes. I weighed myself today after my workout tonight so I don't know how accurate it is. But I will try my best! Good luck everyone!

    I'm short so the few pounds does count a lot (in terms of BMI).

    Not sure of the conversion rate,

    CW: 70.7kg

    I get weighed at my naturopath... I actually lost .85kg of fat but gained 1.1kg of muscle since April 20. So I will keep getting weighed there & track fat loss. I want to lose at least 3kg of fat in May!

    next weigh in May 22nd!

    April ended up as a maintenance month for me. Better than a gain, but disappointed in myself. :grumble:

    Today's peek at the scale was actually higher than my May 1 weigh-in, but that's due to my poor eating choices and extra salt yesterday! I'll drink lots of water and cut back on processed carbs for a few days to see if I can post a loss (or at least, not a gain) by Friday.
