    My kitten tones with Tae Bo. This thread is messy.

    When its in regards to building muscle I always imagine the person saying "tone" through a prim and pursed cats-bum mouth because "Toning is what ladies do".

    I always tone using pink weights. Once I accidently brushed up against a manly weight and the next day I woke up looking like this -
