    Omg I really need this!!!! I'm totally in I want to see if MFP is accurate it says I can loose 19 pounds in 5 weeks I'm eating healthy n running so I need this to crank it up a noch

  • I am in!!

    I was 10 miles short last month because of a knee injury and being sick for four days!! I have surgery this month but it is just outpatient sinus surgery so should just set me back for one day without workouts and at the most two days due to traveling but I have planned out my workouts for walking so that it should not affect me!!

    This really keeps me motivating thanks for starting these threads every month :)

    May 1st - 0 miles
    May 2nd - 5 miles

    Total: 5/100 miles

    May 2nd -3.2 miles run (I'm running 5k at the mo!)

    3.2/100
    (Darn it I swam a mile on Monday!!)
