Im going for 10,000 :happy: whos with me? Im on my second day and already burned 3,500 , with some intense exercise!!
Monday: Up hill cycling and to the Gym, Stationary Bike for 15 Minutes Up hill mode (Intense) Each minute you increase the resistance,
Weight Room: Bench Press 185-195 4x10,, Dumb Bell Press(45 pounds DB) 4x10, Military Press (135pounds) 4x10, Shoulder Press Machine 3x10, Chest Press Machine 3x10 ,SIt ups 100 non stop full crunch ,
After that Basketball Pick up Games about 4-5 of them up to 15
Than i ride my bike home....
