    I enjoyed a doubled recipe this week with a tablespoon of Peanut butter used for frosting and a dab of cool whip. Yummy!

    What do you do with the batter that you have left over?
    You actually won't have any batter left over, you only make what you need at the time for an individual serving. The dry mix is bagged up and saved until next time you want to make an individual serving.:tongue:

    Nah, I've not seen that happen since I've started making these. One key is to ensure you have a large enough cup. :)
