I'm starting a free trial to a gym that specializes in group glasses tonight. Going to attempt Zumba for the 1st time. Hopefully I don't fall on my face & the scale starts going down consistently. It would be nice to at least see the 170s before this challenge is done.0 -

All I can say is stress will get you if you don't manage it. The state test begins next week and the stress is felt all throughout the building. I had a major beef with a coworker on Friday and needless to say after confronting him, I feel worse! However, I will not let a bully get the best of me and I will persevere and keep on keeping on. I have conferences before and after school on Tues, Wed, and Thurs. so I will need some major snacks this week that are healthy and hearty. I challenged myself to do Zumba each morning before school and hit the gym at night on Tues and Thurs. I can do this, we can do this! Thank you all for your support, I know I don't say much but I am rooting for each and every one of you!0 -

As I expected with the big loss the week before I figured some might come back. I also feel super bloated today and I upped my weight lifting so many factors that could contribute to this small weight gain. I'm just happy that I met my goal. Missed goal but still losing!
Had a great weekend back sailing, now will be sailing every week, sometimes many times a week. Its was cold this weekend (highs of 44F) water temperature was higher than air temp! Was teaching scouts who were camping nearby at the scottish lowland camp. Was great fun10 -

I am still struggling with my lower back pain and now have signed up for Pilates
to try and get to the bottom of this with the help of an instructor on a one on one basis.
I will still continue this journey, but my exercising has not been where it should be
so my weight loss has been slower.

I took several days off in a row from running this week, and I think it finally gave my muscles a chance to drop some of the water they've been holding on to. I actually weighed in at 189.75 yesterday, but then I ran last night so the scale went back up again. Oh well, I may have missed my mini-goal for this week, but at least I'm seeing good progress now.
