Ok, this will sound weird, but even though the scale today doesn't show that I hit my mini-goal, I feel like I actually did. My scale read 200.0 on Saturday AM which seemed high given earlier readings & calories in/activity. Sunday it went up to 201.5 when I got a huge workout in, and calories still on target. Today 200.4. I think 2 things could be at play.
1. In review, the last 3 days I have eaten half of my calorie intake between 5:30-7:30. I've been so busy, I have my afternoon snack as I'm making dinner, then follow that with my dinner. So, maybe too many calories in a short time period.
2. Ok, this is entirely TMI, but certain bodily functions have not occurred since Friday, so that may be partly to blame (upping fiber & H2O today!
Now, if I don't see the scale drop significantly in the next 2 days, I'll have to investigate possible causes further!

Hi. I don't know what happended. I swear I logged my weight last week. If we are grayed out on the spreadsheet does that mean we are out of the challenge?

Well, no loss this week, thanks to lots of extra family get together's this past weekend, a wake, a birthday party, and a fish fry, no excuse, but explains why I'm the same this week, darn it! I'm sure some of it is water due to salt, but the Dr Pepper and Mom's homemade fried chicken didn't help either! Ain't nothing like Mom's wonderful comfort food though when life gets crazy. Hope everyone has a great week this time!

It was a much better week than I anticipated. My daughter is sleeping through the night once again. It makes my days much better when I get an uninterrupted night’s sleep even if it isn’t long enough. Thanks to this week’s challenge I managed to read the entire book for book club. This is the first time I’ve made it through an entire book in the last 6 months. I’ll have to remember to keep doing this in the future.0 -

*Down 7lbs since starting the challenge, YAY! If I keep this up I will for sure reach my July goal! Making sure I get in enough water I really think that is what caused the pause a couple weeks ago, wasn't getting as much water in that time frame. The further away from 200 I get the happier I feel!0 -

MADE IT! By the skin of my teeth, maybe, but I made my mini goal! I am relieved! I was so close for two weeks, but the scale didn't move. Finally I'm losing again. I don't know, does your body have to have a resting period or something? Because there really was no difference in these three weeks. Oh well, back to working on it!0 -

Bodily functions have a LOT to do with your weight believe it or not. ....as for it being TMI, I don't mind that information, beings that I'm in the medical field, nothing really phases me anymore. lol

Going to redo my goals. I have upped my calories and everyone says the first month is rough and I am hoping it really does pay off in the end! So I am going to change my goal to lose 10lbs for the challenge.
