You pick a calorie burn goal for the week and report back (daily or every other day, whatever works for you) as to where you are in relation to the goal. It's really you monitoring yourself - and you get a smug sense of satisfaction when you make the goal! If you aren't sure what you normally burn, look at your exercise diary for the last week to get an idea of a good goal. If you don't track your exercise that closely, start! And maybe make a goal of 2,500 calories burned and see how you finish out the week.0 -
