I made these with Duncan Hines Moist Buttery Yellow Cake mix and added Walnuts. They definitely were not 73 calories. These were 219 each....but in the scheme of things that still isn't bad.

Made these today! I'm not a huge fan of pumpkin, but these had a really nice flavor to them! The chocolate blended with the pumpkin perfectly so that it wasn't too over-powering. My little brother also loves them. Great way to solve a chocolate or a cake craving.

I am reporting back...

I just baked Carrot Cake Cupcakes

1 Box of Betty Crocker supermoist cake mix
1 Can of Libbys 100% Pure Pumpkin
2 Scoops of vanilla protein powder

It made 16 FULL cupcakes and was 120 cals for one..and it was SO EFFING GOOD! lol

I did make a little frosting by taking one TB of light cream cheese and about .5 TB of powdered sugar and a little sprinkle of cinnamon...it made enough frosting for like 4 cupcakes...a very very light coating....sooooo delicious!
