there was another thread about tall girls a few weeks ago. but i'll throw my 2 cents in.
i'm 5;10, my goal is somewhere around 145, which is what i weighed in my profile pic. not ghastly skinny, but thin.
me and my sister are only 1.5 inch apart height wise (she is 5'11.5 i'm 5'10) and she has a completely different frame from me, and her goal is around 170 i believe.0 -
I am 5'10" and have a goal to get to a muscular 140. I'm currently 148 and in about a size 4. I am competing in a figure competition in 3 weeks though and am close to getting where I need to be body fat-wise. Just need to shed a little more lower body fat, but the no carb peak week of my diet should get rid of the rest of that.0

I'm 5'9" and I'm aiming for 135... which will probably end up at about 145 with the muscle - I LOVE YOUR GOAL! Get it, girl!!0

I am 6.1 ft. Currently 177 pounds. Happy with my weight. just looking to get leaner and replace fat with muscle... So I a lifting heavy and do HIIT training. so if anything I am going to gain weight! but at least I will look ripped!!
excited to start seeing results.

6'1" here, my goal is 285, then 215, starting from 458 at the start of MFP, down 22 pounds.
I'm built big so my goal weight is higher than the "average" weight for my height as per doctor's suggestion.0 -
5'10 with a goal of 140, but if I feel better in my skin before that number, I will maintain that.0

I'm just a hair under 6'0" and my goal is 160-165 (currently 171). Just enough to get me into that next size down in jeans and have a flat stomach again!

Yes! I'm 6'. Started at 208lb, now down to 193. First goal is 180lb and much more toned! I'm going to see how I feel beyond that. 165/170lb was avery good weight for me when I was younger, but now I'm nearly 50 and don't want the scrawny lined look! There are 3 tall women's groups on MFP. Very happy to make tall friends, please add me!0

Im 5'11" and have been frustratingly sitting at 170 for the longest!
thought about trying to get down to 155, but worried that i might look too skinny.
if i could get down to around 160 again, i'd be happy! but these last 10 pounds are a B****!0 -
