Another vote for gravy on the french fries. :)

Bread (w/peanut butter) dipped in homemade chili. Better than it sounds.

I always ate ruffles with ketchup when I was a kid. People always thought that was weird till they tried it.

I also love potato chips on a PB sandwich.
Ketchup on my mac and cheese
    Bananas dipped in miracle whip
Scrambled eggs made with cinnamon over pancakes and syrup

I don't eat any of that now unless I'm having a real BAD TOM! Except the cinnamon eggs and pancakes, that was actually a recipe I got from Windsor Pilates.

Wow - I thought using my pretzels instead of croutons on a salad was out there.

I am extremely curious. How does one come up with these combos? I'm not knocking them - I love the sweet/salty combo as much as the next person. But I truly don't know how someone comes up with putting these flavors together (peanut butter & ketchup; peanut butter bread dipped in chili; etc.)? Do you literally have each item sitting on the counter and accidentally knock them into each other (like the old Reese Cup commercial) or is "necessity the mother of these inventions" where these are the only things in the cupboard? Or is it cravings (which I've always found fascinating - your body telling you what it wants to eat)?

I'm weird w/ my cottage cheese. I add cottage cheese to my cooked oatmeal w/ chocolate protein powder. I top my baked sweet potatoes w/ cottage cheese & cinnamon. I add it to chili instead of sour cream. I also like fruit (peaches or nectarines, berries, etc) w/ cottage cheese, cinnamon, & walnuts.

Bacon and chocolate... now that's a combo I've never though of! :noway:

I've had one too, and it was sooooo good! Sounds gross, but oh it's yummy. I once tried a red pepper chocolate bar. It wasn't for me...I don't do spicy. But if you like spicy, you'd love it. :drinker:

Peanut butter goes with everything apparently.

I use to, before I started eating better, eat peanut butter in Spaghetti-Os with Dave's Insanity Sauce.

Peanut butter, banana & Mayo. Lotsa mayo (now Miracle Whip Lite).

I haven't had one in years, cause it's really really bad - but:

    Soft white bread,
    mustard
    2 slices bologna
    1 Kraft cheese single
Big ol' handful of tater chips - over an inch high
    top slice of bread
    Squish down (ccccrrrrrrruunch)
    Enjoy!

    Getting hungry,,,

I second the macaroni with ketchup!
-I put my cereal/milk on top of my toast out of the bowl.

I used to like (before eating better):
    -potato chips with cottage cheese
    -pizza dipped in ranch dressing
-My dad used to make "Milk Toast", dip bread in milk and bake it for a little while.

All I can think of right now!
