My goal is 185, which would make me about a size 12/14, but I am over 50 and no longer interested in being a stick figure like I was in my 20s when I weighed 135. I have a small frame.0 -
I'm 6'4'' my starting weight was 310 current weight 294 and goaal weight 220. I have a large frame and unfortunately carry weight very well (which is probably why I allowed myself to get so large) I'm not really watching the numbers on the scale paying more attention to the tape measure. Looking drop to a 34in waist and 42in hips (I want to keep my curves) my waist is currently 43in and hips are 52in.... so I do have quite a ways to go but I will definitely get there0

I'm 5'10 and my GW is 140.
My lowest was 152 and I still looked porky

I'm between 5'10" and 5'11" (depends on who is measuring me, I guess).
At my heaviest, I was around 210. I was at 199.0 when I started with MFP 3 weeks ago, and I'm currently at 195.2. I picked 150 as a goal weight, but I honestly don't know. I was 150 as a senior in high school, and wore a size 10-- I am VERY pear-shaped. But I was weak and flabby and my body fat percentage was probably pretty high. Realistically, I'd rather be in the 160s and be toned than be 150 and be skinny. Who knows. Just going to keep watching my calories and exercising and just see what happens.0 -
I'm 5'11; started at 237 lb about a year after my second son was born (down from a high of around 260 in each pregnancy). I started MFP in November 2010; I lost 28 lb by Aug 2011. I actually haven't lost any weight in a year (have maintained), but have increased my workouts and slimmed down significantly in measurements. Now I need to buckle down on my calories and lose the other 39 pounds. I was 155 in high school and college, but I had time then to work out for hours a day, and don't expect to get that low again. I'm currently a size 16; would love to get down to a 12. Haven't ever been lower than a 10 in my life

GW - 180 would be about right, but frankly anything that starts with a 1 will satisfy me right now. The scales hasn't led with a 1 since I was about 12.... I guess it's something to reevaluate when I get there.
I"m 5'11, and have a large frame, broad shoulders and 7.75 inch wrists. When I broke into the 200's this morning I actually told a few "Real Life" people what my number was and where I started, adn they were shocked. Apparently I carry this weight fairly well...0 -
I'm 5'10" My highest weight was 280, lowest weight I've been since middle school was in 2001 I got down to 212. Currently I'm back to 252. My ultimate goal is to just be under 200.0

I'm also 5'10"/5'11". My starting weight was 180.
My goal weight is 135 but right now, at 147, I am really happy with my size. For now I am just focusing on health/fitness goals and hoping the weight just comes down with them.

I am 6ft and currently at 207lb and wearing size 14 pants and large top. I would like to get down to 170 and hopefully in a size 10 pants and medium top. My thinnest was in HS, I weighed 155 lbs and looked to skinny. I have hard a time getting past 195 lbs in the past. I have been doing a combo of weights 3x a week and cardio 6x a week. My goal is to not look skinny, but look TONE! I started 1/08/12 @ 264 lbs. My goal is to be close to my goal weight of 170 lbs by 8/25/12 when we go on vacation.0

You were a size 4/6 when you weighed 172?? I'm currenlty 170 and I'm having a tough time fitting into my size 12's! Even when I'm 160, I'm still a size 10/120

SW 181 - after thryoidectomy (this happend over the course of 14 days just to give you the scope of what removing your thryoid does--- all this was while eating WW pts. (my normal diet since my late 20's)

Lowest weight, 146.... smoking hot. BUT my mother asked me was I doing DRUGS? LOL
I normally maintain best around 161-163 I bounce around btw 160 up to 164, but since this surgery, wow, WW doesn;t work, only low carb (bad carbs) I eat veggies and tons of fruits etc... clean eating is the only thing which has worked for me to lose any weight...
I am still squeezing into my size 8 jeans (barely) and my size 10 shorts, jeans always have more give (with that extra 2% spandex haha, so shorts I wear a ten - even at 162 I wear a ten in shorts... I am very small boned as well wrists are 5 inches around.

I'm 5'10". I was 170 at my heaviest, 156 now and headed down to 150. I was at 143, 13% body fat and a size 4 (I looked emaciated)when I was a full time athlete. I know I'll probably never get into a size 4 again, but I'll be VERY happy with a size 6 and 16 or 17% body fat.0

I'm 5'11" and my highest weight was about 250, late in pregnancy, about ten months ago. Last time I weighed myself (a week or so ago) I was at 234. I would love to be 175 but I think the last time I weighed that, I was in middle school, so who knows. I have a large frame and a very stubborn metabolism. I'd just like to crack 200 as a short-term goal. Oh, to be one of those people that breastfeeding works to lose weight! *sigh* All it does is make me ravenous, all the time.0

I'm just a hair shy of 5' 11". My lowest weight as an adult was 139 (in my mid-20s). Even then, it was probably only for a day or two. I have to work HARD to stay below 150, so it's likely not reasonable anymore.
My current goal is 150. Right now I'm about 166.0
