    I would wait until after. If you try to spot reduce first your uterus could possibly fall out.

    DO IT! I have never for a moment regretted letting my uterus fall out!

    Oh - but do wait until you are done having children. Otherwise you might regret it. Everyone's different.

    That is such a myth!! You can work out on your period, but you can't do lifting because it will bulk you up. At other times of the month, it's the opposite.

    No it's not. My buddy worked out on his period and his nipples fell off. fell clean off...

    No, you can't. If you do, you'll lose blood out of every pore in your body, pass out, and die. Especially if it's on the second day. Never work out on the second day. Sequester yourself in the house and don't even look at people for fear of death.

    Exactly... *sigh* some people just don't understand. The cramping is really your insides trying to burst out, and working out only helps the insides WIN!

    Actually, I read an article somewhere that I lost the link to, that if you spot reduce WHILE doing the cleanse, you'll lose 20lbs in the first week!

    I think he said if you buy his raspberry keytones and wrap your body with saran wrap you can do both.

    But that only works on a low-carb / high saccharide diet.

    All of these things are perfectly fine to do , as long as your diet consists of only birthday cake.

    This only works if you eat it on someone's actual birthday. That way the calories don't count.... at least that's what my grandma said.

    I heard if you start to feel your uterus fall out you can start using shake weights and that stops it from falling out because it strengthens your core.
