Upper 80s to low 90s. It's always been that way, whether I weighed 102 pounds, or 120.

    38-42.

Once in a hospital I had some fun cuz an alarm beep would go off when it hit 40 or lower. So to bug the nurse is relax as much as possible & keep setting the alarm off.

Halfway between rabbit and hummingbird. :-P
    70-85
I have really low blood pressure, good cholesterol levels, and an adult eyetooth that never came in because it lays sideways inside my gums. I'm also allergic to surgical tape.

48 sitting here at my desk. Don't remember what it was the last time I checked it upon waking.

40-41 - a whole lot less than it was a year and 50+ pounds ago!

60 (sitting at my desk), which is surprising since I just started exercising about a month ago and I'm morbidly obese.

When I started working out about two months ago, it was around 84. Checked it just a few days ago, it was 78. Small change, but I'll take it. I'm moving in the right direction!

Anywhere between 70 and 85. Which I suppose isn't too bad considering it used to be in the 90s. My heart is slowly getting stronger.

65 to 75 sitting down. I am 32 years old. Is that high? I find I tend to exceed the heart rate range in my heart rate monitor during bootcamp.

  • Mine is 81 this morning. I just got through doing my cardio exercise about 1hr and half before taking it though.

Usually between 80-90. The reason being I take Ventolin every day of my life and have since I was about 6. The major side effect is a fast heart rate. My rate when working out doesn't go higher then it should either, it's just my resting rate. I hope it comes down as I become more fit.

54-58...but if I concentrate/meditate on it, I can make it dip down to 42 to 44. The P.A. at my Doctor's Office thought it was a fluke the first time I did it while he was monitoring...pretty amazing what you can make your body do when you focus on it.
