    As low as 40, up to mid 70's. Doc freaked out on me and made me wear a Holter monitor. Fortunately nothing is wrong.

    just tested it at about 72. Its always been high though. I remember in high school we had to take it and it was always in the 70-80 range.

    I like the thought that a high rate = high calorie burn... but doubt it works quite that way.

    62 but before I went on betablockers for my migraines, mine was 120. I have benign tachycardia but it slows down with the medication.
