5 lbs! Cry, cry, cry!!!
I ate way too much though and didn't go to the gym. Why is it when I eat a crapton, I feel like I'm too fat to go to the gym? Ugggg. Back on the wagon today!0 -

2 lbs. Wasn't too bad with the eating but had 5-6 drinks this weekend and a mother's day dinner yesterday where I probably ate and drank the rest of my daily allotment in one meal. Oh well, no regrets because I know it's PMS making me hold onto it and it was a damn good meal.0

A weekend of partying and birthday celebrations cost me a 6lb hike :-( I know a lot of it is water by it is very disheartening

None. I stick to my nutrition plans over the weekend and typically beast it on the workouts on Saturdays with both HIIT sprinting and calisthenics. The fact that I don't drink also helps.0

It was the first weekend in months that I wasn't up on a Monday AM. Didn't really go overboard though but did exercise more than usual last week.0

Up three pounds, but I completely KILLED myself at work and then the gym on Saturday. I'm pretty sure it's all muscle-damage water and some salty food last evening. Headed to the gym shortly to do the killed thing again.0

6 pounds too, and I really only overate on SUnday. Boo, but 5 lbs of it will be gone by Wed, I'm sure.0

1.5 gained. I was so embarrassed by my bag eating choices I didn't log them...I guess I learned that if you can't even log it you definitely should not be eating it! I think I am going to have to move to a Friday morning weigh in too so I don't have to deal with this self hate thing.0

With all the mothers day indulgences, I decided not to weigh in this morning (my usual monday weigh in). I am giving myself a week to work it off so that I dont have to feel guilty about enjoying my weekend with my family. I know it wont happen all the time, so I am ok with the occasional splurge0
