    Mon: 452 ( stationairy bike program 2)
    Tues: 882 ( stationairy bike program 3 in the AM, went and ran in PM)
    Wed: 289(stationairy bike program 4- I burned more this day but I forgot my fitbit from 10am on :-(
    Thur: 524 ( stationairy bike program 5)
    Fri: 613 (stationairy bike program 6 - errands)
    Sat: 170 ( stationairy bike program 7 - cals were more like 350 but forgot the fitbit.... Again )
    Sun: 591 (couple hours of Xbox kinect and jumping on the trampoline- my fitbit adjustment)

    Tues: 392 (Zumba)
    Wed: 454+483 (3.1 mile run at lunchtime and Les Mills Body Attack fitness class)
    Thur: 531+446 (4.3 mile run at lunchtime and Boot camp)
    Fri: 139+208 - (walk at lunchtime and hike with puppy)
    Sat: 260+381 (walk with puppy and 5k - first race ever)
    Sun: 0 - rest day

    My calories burned for the week was only 2995. I did not meet my 3500 calorie burn goal. I hurt my foot and was unable to do much Fri-Sunday! Sorry guys!!!! I tried really hard but had to stay off my foot unless it was wrapped up. I will try again this week to meet my goal of 3500. Thanks for the challenge!

    Week three - here comes the test whether I can also do that during a ordinary working week :=)

    Weekly Goal: 3000

    Monday: 241 (strength training)
    Tuesday: 470 (running)
    Wednesday: 564 (swimming, cycling)
    Thursday: 457 (strength training, cycling)
    Friday: ups, nothing
    Saturday: 480 cycling and some productive time in the cardio section of the gym
    Sunday: 864 cycling and geocaching


    Total: 3 076

    hm, yeah, made it but this week I really felt exhausted, also from lack of sleep. Guess I need a few more behavior rules like "don't sit at work after five...." ;)

    Mon: 682calories burned (treadmill, 2 hour walk, weights)
    Tues: 578 (treadmill, elliptical, bike, brisk walk)
    Wed: 368 calories burned (elliptical - 30 minutes, and brisk walk)
    Thur: 726 calories burned (elliptical - 40 minutes, hill routine treadmill 45 minutes and 20 minute walk in neighborhood)
    Fri: 961 calories burned (45 mins brisk walking, 45 mins elliptical, 20 minutes lifting and crunches)
    Sat: 602 calories burned (25 mins bike, running on treadmill, 45 minute walk, powerplate strength exercises)
    Sun: 208 calories burned (brisk walk around park)

    Total: 4,125
    Left to go: +625... hmmmm should I raise my goal next week?

    Okay, so I ended up taking the day off yesterday...it was Mother's Day, so I figured I deserved a break ;) However, I met and passed my goal for the week! Here are my final numbers:

    Weekly Goal: 3500

    Mon: 627 (57 min of walking 4.5 mph and Jillian Michaels 30DS level 2)
    Tues: 531 (69 min of walking 4.5 mph)
    Wed: 731 (48 min of walking 4.5 mph, 40 min walking 3 mph, 30DS level 2)
    Thur: 827 (59 min of walking 4.5 mph, 30 DS levels 1 & 2)
    Fri: 640 (85 min of walking 4.5 mph)
    Sat: 1067 (126 min of walking/running 4.5-5 mph)
    Sun: rest day
