As low as 40, up to mid 70's. Doc freaked out on me and made me wear a Holter monitor. Fortunately nothing is wrong.

just tested it at about 72. Its always been high though. I remember in high school we had to take it and it was always in the 70-80 range.

I like the thought that a high rate = high calorie burn... but doubt it works quite that way.

I'm not sure if I've already commented on this (was too lazy to check) but mine is generally mid-50s -60

62 but before I went on betablockers for my migraines, mine was 120. I have benign tachycardia but it slows down with the medication.

    80. It has come down from when I was heavier. It used to be in the 90's.

94 since I was a teenager. Cardiologist says I'm fine, that we humans don't have a set number of beats then once you use them up that's it. Yes, I asked

As of right now mines at 80. I am just sitting here. I imagine it would be a bit less if I were asleep or laying down but it never gets very low. I am pretty sure i am always a bit stressed out though.
