      Me right after one of my runs today... it's weird, I'm not sweating here but the moment I sat at my computer I started sweating like crazy! It's always like that!

      Lol I don't have pictures of myself after a workout... I look gross and sweaty and red and my hair starts sticking up. Maybe I'll take one tonight after my run.

      i usually get really pink and sweaty plus whatever muscle group i worked gets huge....cant tell u how hard it is to not look in the mirror after leg day and be like "WHAT THE HELL Y ARE MY LEGS SO BIG???"

      LOL I have this problem too...it is soooo hard to look at them
