    Most of the guys I've dated have been around 18%, which seems to be a good composition. Just enough muscle to get things done, but enough fluff to be good headrests.

    10....my hubs is 10%....but somewhere in between 14 and 10 is great. That 14% pic isn't very good...14% can look way better than that...and the 10% can look way worse..The lean body mass is what actually matters.

    but in reality he is 10% BF and looks like the buff 10% minus like 10-15 pounds of muscle.

    14 - 20, I dont mind a little pudge.... but 10% is too buff and would make me feel inadequate... also I dont like the 10% skinny cause I would always feel too big compared to him.

    14% looks a lot like my DH, just he's a little less muscular, and I think I like it best for that reason.

    Same. Though 10 looks "high maintenance" and 14 looks more "natural"... so even though 10 is gorgeous, 14 looks more sustainable, and a tiny bit sexier maybe.

    not expecting, just curious. i would have thought the 10 and 14 would get the highest response. i have seen these posted with women's BF% pictures asking "guys which looks better" before and wanted to see where the gals interest is at. oh, and i am bored at work today so i needed something to do (besides work) :smile:

    10-15 maybe up to 20 if he wears it well. And definitely more muscular than scrawny. I can't date guys smaller than me, it makes me feel un-feminine.
