This sounds delicious, but pretty unhealthy. It sounds like it's basically entirely sugar. Just because it's low carb doesn't mean it's a good option.0

Have a similar recipe. Just use a full can of pineapple and do not drain off the liquid. Just add the pineapple to the angel food cake mix and mix well. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan. Cut into bars and figure out the calories by the size of the bars you use and the fraction of the cake mix and pineapple.

So tried this today. There was no liquid at all in the pie filling so I added the water. Haven't tried them yet. I hope the work out for a birthday treat.0
