I finally decided enough was enough on Dec 5 2011 and as of today May 22 2012 I hit my goal weight. When I started I never thought this day would come and here it is. I had no idea what I would look like at this weight I will probably try to lose another 5 pounds but if I don't, I don't it won't matter to me. I am not one for exercising as a matter of fact I hate exercising on occasion I would walk on the treadmill, I did half of the fit test of insanity and thought I was going to die. ( I will do it one of these days) I know I should exercise. Since I lost the weight I actually do enjoy going outside and playing with my son and do a lot more outdoor activities that I normally wouldn't do. I lost all of my weight by eating 1200-1500 calories a day.
I'm 5'9 starting weight was 198.8 and as of today I am 160.4
