Mountain climbers and burpees are my worst nightmare!! :sad: Not to mention side planks that I cant even do yet.:grumble:

Burpees!!! Yesterday my trainer had us doing 3 sets of 25 burpees. Followed by 3 sets of 25 pushups. Im pretty sure thats considered cruel & unusual punishment. LOL.

Burpees!!! Yesterday my trainer had us doing 3 sets of 25 burpees. Followed by 3 sets of 25 pushups. Im pretty sure thats considered cruel & unusual punishment. LOL.

Cardio in general! Well, at least cardio on machines, otherwise it's fine.. I love anything with bodyweight or weights0

im the planking champion! lol.
i hate doing swicth lunges or anything that involves alot of jumping and balance really, like hop squats on the bosu ball. yikes.0 -

As lame as this is...I don't like to lift weights. I find it tedious and dull....which is weird because I can spend 45 minutes on the dreadmill and not feel bored.0

I actually kind of like mountain climbers! I haaaaate lunges. But I love doing squats, so my legs have something going for them at least.0
