    The DREADMILL, then high knees, and sprints/suicides/ladders with pushups/star jumps/burpees between sets. :sad:

    lol..Yeah its tough trying to tackle different exercises but i make myself do them because i know over time my body will adjust.

    I'm seeing a lot of people bashing on planks, but I love almost anything in plank like position! Makes me feel bad *kitten*!

    I hate burpees, and most plyometrics...except jump squats...
    standing mountain climbers is another one I find stupid...

    I cannot do tricep dips... It's beyond me. Mountain climbers & jumping jacks,.. I need a better bra because it's not fun at all.

    Ok, I had to look up how to do a standing mtn climber, since it was mentioned a few times. oh em gee, I'd hate those too! It's like high knees, but with your arms, too!! :noway:

    Burpees!!! I also don't like the rowing machine....or the treadmill...

    My trainer had me do these "advanced planks"...you do a plank & then pick one leg up and out to the side then in and back down. Yeah...2 sets of 10 on each leg & I couldn't walk the next day...

    Basically anything to do with plyometrics!

    I actually like doing planks and I'm starting to like (well, at least not hate) push-ups. Push-ups are so tough for me, so I do like the challenge I get from them.
