Depends. I calculate by calories burned rather than time because sometimes i'll just walk 2 miles and burn like 300 calories but other times i'll do my hard workout and do 2500+ calories burned within 3 hours. So depends on my mood, day, energy level0

On my run days it is anywhere from 40 minutes to over an hour depending on how far I run. On my cross train days it is usually 45 minutes on the elliptical and maybe 15 to 20 minutes circuit.0

30mins of cardio 15 mins strength0 -
Depends on what I have scheduled for that day...
About an hour for weightlifting
Twenty-five to forty-five minutes for yoga
Half hour to forty-five minutes for cardio0 -
it varies depending on my mood and schedule but i try to get in at least 60 mins 6xs a week., but it usually ends up being anywhere from 30-90 mins. I do walking, bike riding, strength training, exercise dvds0
-
Depends really.
Sometimes I will cycle for 2 hours, and also walk for a few hours, so 4 hours.
Most days, I cycle for an hour to 2 hours, or I do stationary bike at a vigorous effort for 40-50 minutes.
Today, I walked for 2 hours at a fast pace. I swim sometimes. I also do calisthenics(sit-ups, leg swings etc) sometimes for an hour or so. I try and exercise 6 out of 7 days.0
