No starving is totally wrong way to go.
In advance buy low calorie, low fat foods you like
such has ham lunch meat, 45 calorie bread and make a ham sandwich
You keep your body fuel running with little effort

A hunk of cheese is never a bad go-to option for me. Some raw nuts maybe (in moderation).

But making scrambled eggs with cheese and bacon aren't exactly going to tire me out and I sure ain't going to be hungry for a while after that lot. Same goes for a tuna salad.

I try to plan in advance so there are usually some leftover sausages or steak in the fridge. It makes the 'easy' option of slapping something between 2 slices of bread considerably less appealing.
  • To be honest I just get what I see in my frig and eat it lol

Greek Yogurt, the Packaged Tuna, grilled cheese. Similar items that do not require dish washing.
