It is coming of slower, and slower, but it is coming off. I started up a modified version 30DS yesterday, too (5 days a week for 6 weeks) so hopefully that'll help, too.0 -

Summer is hard with all the picnics and weekend fun.
My excuse was I was sick this week but feeling much better today.
I did walk for 40 mins. before it got too hot out. Its 89 F here today.
My diet went down the tubes this week so I hope to do much better

Just a teensy overall loss, but i'll take it. I'm going camping next week and i am hoping to make my mini goal on time. It's only one pound but the way things have been going it's easier said than done. My eating habits have sucked lately and i've been trying for the last few weeks to muster up the discipline to finish this strong. I think i can do it now. I've been majorly slacking on the exercise, but i've wrote up a plan and will be doing something every day. Good luck to everyone!0 -

Sorry I missed the weigh in this morning. With holiday and grandkids completely spaced it.

I am re-evaluating my next goals to more attainable goals since I am so far behind at this time. I did not know if they could be changed on the chart so will just enter them for my own information.
